How to Check and Buy Class Credits in Concept Mastery

Keeping track of your class credits is easy with the Concept Mastery student portal. This step-by-step guide shows parents how to check your balance and buy more credits when you’re running low, with payment by PayPal or a debit/credit card.

Steps:

1. Log in to the student portal and click Session Payments in the menu on the left.
2. Click Credit Summary. Under Allocated, you’ll see the credits you’ve purchased, and under Remaining, you’ll see how many are left. Credit Transaction History below shows your past purchases.
3. When your credits are low, click Buy Credits to see the available packages.
4. Choose your package and click Buy Now. If you have a coupon code, enter it and click Apply Coupon first.
5. This takes you to PayPal. If you have a PayPal account, log in and pay. If you don’t, click Pay with Debit or Credit Card.
6. Enter your email, then fill in your card and billing details on the checkout page. Turn off the “Save info & create your PayPal account” toggle so you don’t need a PayPal account, then click Pay Now.
